Cut the cauliflower into florets. Finely chop onion. Heat half of a tablespoon (.5 EL) oil in a skillet. Add cauliflower, cooking until light brown. Add salt, onion, and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Add broth. Cook until liquid is gone. Set aside.
Cook noodles and drain. Heat remaining other half of tablespoon oil and add noodles until lightly browned. Mix with cauliflower.
