Cauliflower with Noodles

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 small Cauliflower
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • .5 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (or Maggi)
  • 250 ml Broth
  • 200 g Pasta (Egg Noodles)
  1. Directions:

  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Finely chop onion. Heat half of a tablespoon (.5 EL) oil in a skillet. Add cauliflower, cooking until light brown. Add salt, onion, and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Add broth. Cook until liquid is gone. Set aside.
  3. Cook noodles and drain. Heat remaining other half of tablespoon oil and add noodles until lightly browned. Mix with cauliflower.
