Chives Sauce with Pasta

  • Serves 2 People:

  • 7 g Butter
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • .25 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • .25 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • .5 tbsp Chives (dried)
  • 125 g Pasta (any kind)
  1. Directions:

  2. Heat the butter over medium heat in a pan. Add flour, stir-fry briefly with stirring (about 2 minutes). Add the milk with stirring and let boil briefly. Reduce heat to medium-low temperature. Then add soy sauce, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and salt, mix well and continue cooking (about 10 minutes). Then add the chives and cook until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
