  • 250 ml Cream
  • 8 tsp Cocoa (powder)
  • 8 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • 250 ml Cream (for garnish)

  2. Mix cocoa powder and powdered sugar together with cream. Avoid having lumps. Mix together. Whip until stiff. Refrigerate until serving time. Use whipping cream as garnish.
