Chocolate Pudding

  • 4 Servings:

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2.5 tbsp Flour
  • 1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (extract)
  1. Directions:

  2. Put the milk, sugar, flour and cocoa into a saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly the whole time. Turn down the heat, still constantly stirring and continue to cook until mixture thickens to have a consistency like a sauce (about 2-4 minutes). Take the pan off the heat and stir in the vanilla.
  3. Cool pudding in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, until well chilled.
