  • Makes 2 Pizzas:

  • 250 ml Water
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Yeast (active dry)
  • 375 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil

  2. Soften yeast with sugar, oil, and warm water in a bowl for about 5 minutes. Mix in remaining salt and flour. Knead dough until elastic. Let dough rise in a covered oiled bowl before using if desired to make pizza right away.
