  • .5 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • .5 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • .5 Red Bell Pepper
  • 125 g Rice (two-thirds cup)
  • 225 ml Broth
  • 1 small Tomato
  • .5 tbsp Parsley (dried)
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomato. Sauté the onion, garlic, and peppers for about 5 minutes. Place broth in pot and bring to a boil. Add to the sautéd vegetables, tomatoes, pepper, and parsley. If using salt free broth, add half tablespoon (.5 TL) salt.
