German Pancakes

  • 2-4 Servings:

  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 250 ml Milk
  • .5 tsp Vanilla (extract)
  1. Directions:

  2. Stir together flour, sugar and salt. Beat eggs, milk and optional vanilla in another bowl. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to portion out each pancake. Cook until set, but not brown. Flip and repeat process
