- 125 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- .25 tsp Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 250 ml Milk
- .5 tsp Vanilla (extract)
- Stir together flour, sugar and salt. Beat eggs, milk and optional vanilla in another bowl. Combine all ingredients.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to portion out each pancake. Cook until set, but not brown. Flip and repeat process
