Macaroni and Cheese

  • 6 Servings:

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • .25 tsp Pepper
  • 4 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 375 ml Milk
  • 100 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 300 g Pasta (Macaroni)
  1. Directions:

  2. Boil and drain macaroni. Set aside. Shred cheddar cheese.
  3. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and red pepper sauce. Add milk. Keep stirring occasionally until sauce thickens. Stir in cheese. Mix cheese mixture together with macaroni.
