Makes about 4:
- 175 g Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 7 tbsp Water
- Mix together ingredients. Knead for a few minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, covered, for 20 minutes.
- Heat flat skillet over medium heat. Divide the dough into four equal pieces and roll each into an 18 cm/7 in circles. Roll out as thinly as possible. Cover until ready to cook.
- Lightly oil bread and place on skillet, cooking for about 2 minutes, or until piadine starts to brown. Turn over and cook for a further 1-1/2 minutes.
