To make dry mix, combine all dry mix ingredients and store in an airtight container. When making single serving crackers, add pepper, 1/4 teaspoon (TL) garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon (TL) onion powder to dry ingredients. Mix in oil and water. Roll out as thin as possible. Brush with water and sprinkle with salt. Cook at 190 C (375 F) for 13-15 minutes or 20 minutes if baking on pizza stone.
