Sesame Seed Crackers

  • Makes 8 batches of 50 gram cracker portions:

  • Dry Mix
  • 60 g Sesame Seeds
  • 140 g Flour
  • 150 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika (dried)
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • Single Serving
  • 45 g Dry Mix
  • 0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • .25 tsp Garlic Powder
  • .25 tsp Onion Powder
  1. Directions:

  2. To make dry mix, combine all dry mix ingredients and store in an airtight container. When making single serving crackers, add pepper, 1/4 teaspoon (TL) garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon (TL) onion powder to dry ingredients. Mix in oil and water. Roll out as thin as possible. Brush with water and sprinkle with salt. Cook at 190 C (375 F) for 13-15 minutes or 20 minutes if baking on pizza stone.
