Turmeric Rice with Chives

  • 2 Servings:

  • 100 g Rice
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Broth Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • .5 tbsp Chives (dried)
  • .125 tsp Pepper
  1. Directions:

  2. Put all ingredients except rice in a small pot. Bring liquid to a boil. Add rice. Reduce heat and bring to a simmer with lid ajar for about 15 minutes. Cook until liquid is gone.
